Our Offices will be closed from Wednesday November 12th-December 6th, 2025. All Personalized Videos will be fulfilled within the week of December 7-12. If you need a personalized video before December 7th, please order no later than November 10th. Videos Include a personalized birthday greeting from Vincent, a banner within the video showing your child's Name, Age - they will be turning on their birthday- and Birthdate (optional) and a Special Birthday Song featuring Vincent singing along with Jupiter, Saturn, Earth and Pluto! Videos are approximately 50 seconds in length.

Videos are delivered to your contact e-mail account. Be sure to add nirks@goestoelevenmedia.com to your safe-senders list so you can receive your video. Choose either a private youtube link or a downloadable dropbox link. (Please note, you need to have a google account associated with your email to open a private youtube link.)
(Don't forget to choose your preferred method of delivery and provide us the Name (and pronunciation if needed), Age (they will be on their birthday), and Birthdate of the person you are getting the video for.)
